After the initial login, you will automatically get to the video asset management area. You can change from a different area in this space at any time via the main menu.
All uploaded videos are listed in the video list in the central pane. From here, you can manage all videos and call up certain files for editing.
The video list provides the following information about each individual video:

| Number of views (access to the website with this player) | |
| Number of plays (player starts with this video) | |
| An automatic deletion date is defined for this video | |
| This video is released | |
| This video is relaesed time-controlled. The timer is either not yet active (the date is in the future) or it has expired. | |
| This video has not been released yet |
