  1. Open the accordion menu Thumbnails. Here is a player as well as a gallery of pre-created screenshots.

  2. First, start the video with the help of the corresponding control on the player.

  3. You have the possibility either to jump from frame to frame or from second to second in the video.

  4. Click on the "screenshot"-icon, once you get to the point with the desired image.
