Restore the video's previous version
In VMPro, you can now resolve an interrupted video upload by restoring the previous version of the video.
Video uploads are interrupted whenever an If you close the active VMPro window while uploading is closed during the upload of a replacement video, this video upload will be interrupted.
To resolve the interrupted state, you can revert to restore the previous version of the video by clicking on the arrow on the top right-hand side.
The previous video will then be restored and can be accessed in your VMPro account.
Check status of uploaded video
As well, you can navigate to video formats in the side bar to see the status of the video upload:
Here, we see that the video replacement has been interrupted.
After restoring the video, the error message disappears:we see that the video replacement is underway.
