The video asset management provides a way to create different attachments to a video. The management of your video collection can be arranged very comfortably: if, for example, external production companies produce video footage, you can make available additional information to this video - such as invoices, licenses, etc.

VideoManager Pro allows for the creation of different attachments for a specific video or channel. This makes it much easier to manage your video collection. For example, if you have an external video production company film a clip for your organization, you can attach information about the clip, such as invoices or licenses, to the video.
Depending on what
document types your administrator has set up (see section in the administration manual), you can upload file attachments for this purpose
, with the option to replace or delete
To upload an attachment, please proceed as follows:
First select the desired video in the video list by clicking on the appropriate entry. To this video, you can upload the desired attachments.Open the accordion menu Attachments.
Depending on which document types your administrator has set up, you have here the possibility to upload the required documents. Click on the [Upload] button. The file window opens to select a file.

Please keep in mind that for each type of document only one file can be uploaded. |
To perform other actions, open the drop-down menu to the respective file. Here are the following actions available:
- Download
- Replace
- Delete
