Description

Registration and/or a login password may be required to access the webcastYou may be asked to register for a Webcast event, and you may have to provide a PIN.

This is the case whenever if the "Registration with email verification" and/or "Security" setting is activated in the WebcastManager.

Steps

First, log into the Webcast consumer.

In the login screen, enter After entering your e-mail address , and then click the [EnterRequest PIN] button.

The registered Registration data can be found in WebcastManager via the "Export user" function (see chapter "Editing a Webcast" in the WebcastManager manual).

After submitting your email address, you will see a confirmation message that a link was A PIN will then be sent to the e-mail address provided.

In your e-mail inbox, check for open the confirmation e-mail . It will contain a link.Click on the link to be redirected to the full registration form. If you have been registered before, data from the previous webcast will be displayedmessage with the PIN and enter the PIN.

After entering the PIN, you will be taken to the registration page.

You can confirm or change the data before entering the Webcast event.

If the registration link has expired, you will have to register again.
