General Information
If you have problems with the upload of videos or if an already uploaded video cannot be displayed, the security settings for your network may be responsible. The video is then blocked. There are numerous possible sources, here are some examples:
- firewall
- proxy
- router
- Internet Service Provider (ISP)
- antivirus software
- computer settings
It might therefore help to enable the following domains through your internal IT so that you can open the video in the corporate network.
- video-cdn.net
- vmpro.movingimage.com
FTP-Upload
If you use the additional funtionality FTP-upload, the following host name must be enabled:
- ftp.vmpro.movingimage.com
REST API
If you use the movingimage REST API:
- api.video-cdn.net
