After clicking on the link sent to you via e-mail, you will be taken to the event creation form.

This event creation form enables you to customize a number of elements, including the event title, event URL, and event website.

As well, this form enables you to set the date and time of the virtual event.

You can also adjust the event opening and closing times as well as provide your own custom banner.

Once you are satisfied, click on the CREATE EVENT button.


Multilingual event description 

You can now enable automatic translation of your English event description into German, French, Portuguese, Italian and Spanish.

Enter your desired event description in English.


Click "Edit event description in other languages."

On the next screen, select a flag representing the desired foreign language.

Toggle the foreign language option.

The event description will be automatically translated. Refer to the bottom screenshot for the German translation example.
