As a host, if you want, you can manage where your participants are inside your event.

To navigate to the manage attendees feature, you can click your profile picture on the top right and select manage attendees.

Manage Attendees functions

On the manage attendees dialog, you can:

FeatureDescription
Move all attendees to the main stage

this feature enables you to select the areas of the event where the participants will be moved from. You can specify the locations or rooms to be included or excluded. As well, you can filter out the hosts and speakers from the move. Once you confirm the move, the selected attendees will be moved immediately to the main stage.

Shuffle attendees

You can select the locations from which you want to move the participants and the rooms that will be used for shuffling. The higher the number of attendees to be shuffled, the slower the functionality. Wherever possible, use other options.

Shuffle attendees in networking

You can create speed networking sessions by shuffling all participants in the networking area. You will be asked about the size of each conversation group (2 to 4 attendees).

Move in Bulk

You can move several users in bulk mode to another location.

Move one by one

You can select the locations to filter out and then drag users between the different locations selected. Drag each participant to a new location.

Note that you can also promote users to host or speakers by right-clicking on the respective user.

Drag and drop participants

You can move a set of participants by dragging and dropping them around the different locations. The higher the number of attendees to be shuffled, the slower the functionality. Wherever possible, use other options.
Search attendeesThis functionality can be used if you want to move only one participant. Once you have found the desired person, click on his or her profile and use the settings dialog to choose the button "move to". This is possible if you click on any user profile on any location of the event.

Set hosts and speakers

As a host of an event, you can set any other user as host or as speaker. The hosts of an event can configure all the details of the event, manage rooms, categories, participants, polls, chat or broadcast messages. The speakers of the event, in addition to participant rights, can also access the backstage area.

Advanced moderation features

If you are a moderator in the call, you can determine if the participants can unmute themselves, start their own video feed or to stop everyone else's video feed.

For keynotes and webinar sessions, you may not want other attendees to interact during the session, for example. Here, you would de-activate these options and unmute the speakers only.
