As a host, if you want, you can manage where your participants are inside your event. In order to get to the manage attendees feature, you can click your profile your profile picture on the top right and select manage attendees.
On the manage attendees dialog, you can:
Feature | Description |

Move all attendees to the main stage | this feature enables you to select the areas of the event where the participants will be moved from. You can specify the locations or rooms to be included or excluded. As well, you can filter out the hosts and speakers from the move. Once you confirm the move, the selected attendees will be moved immediately to the main stage. |
Shuffle attendees between the rooms | You can select the locations from which you want to move the participants and the rooms that will be used for shuffling. The higher the number of attendees to be shuffled, the slower the functionality. Wherever possible, use other options. |
Drag and drop participants | You can move a set of participants by dragging and dropping them around the different locations. The higher the number of attendees to be shuffled, the slower the functionality. Wherever possible, use other options. |
Search attendees | This functionality can be used if you want to move only one participant. Once you have found the desired person, click on his or her profile and use the settings dialog to choose the button "move to". This is possible if you click on any user profile on any location of the event. |
