In addition to the standard metadata (such as title, keywords) it is possible to add custom metadata fields to videos. In this way, videos have individual information with company-specific relevance. These custom metadata may be used for the search for designated video files.

To create an individual data field, follow these steps:

1. First, select in the navigation the "Custom Metadata Fields" entry in the navigation.
   
   
2. Click the [Create] button in the action toolbar.
   
   
3. Enter the name of the new metadata field.
   
   
   
   
4. Select in the dropdown menu the data type (text or number).
   
   
5. Click the [Create] button to create the new metadata field.
