Once the new social media profile has been setup, you can link a YouTube channel with this profile to be able to enable the upload of videos.

 

Note

The prerequisite is that you have already setup a YouTube channel with your valid Google account.

 

To associate a YouTube channel with your social media profile, follow these steps:

  1. First, select the social media profile that you want to link with YouTube.



  2. Click in the editing area on the right hand side the [Link with YouTube channel] button. A new dialog with further instructions opens.



  3. Click the [Link] button. You are now taken to authorization dialogs of YouTube.

  4. Login with your Google account.



  5. Select in the next step the appropriate channel.

     

    Note

    Please keep in mind that a social media profile can only be linked to one YouTube channel.

  6. In the next dialog you are asked to allow access permissions to your data. Click the [Allow] button.



  7. The social media profile is now associated with the selected YouTube channel.

 

 

 

Once the social media profile is linked with the YouTube channel, it is available for the supply of videos in the asset management area of VideoManager.
