In the General information pane, enter the following data:
Parameter | Description |

Name | Webcast name |
Start date | Enter the date of the event or select it using the calendar tool. If you specify the date, you must also enter the time. |
Start time | Enter the event time in the following format: hh:mm. If you specify the time, you must also enter the date. |
Security | Activate the checkbox if you want to require users to login to access the consumer area. Specify the password in the text box provided for this purpose. |
Registration | If "Registration" is enabled, only registered users can access the consumer area. Registered users can login with their email address. Non-registered users have the option to register. Please note that registering is without any validation of user data. |
Show Q&A | Activate the checkbox if you want to enable the module "Questions&Answers". Users then have the opportunity to ask questions to the speakers during the event. These messages are only visible for the sender and the operator. This allows the operator to moderate the messages |
Show Chat | Activate the checkbox if you want to enable the classic chat module. Operator moderation is not possible in this case. |
