CorporateTube is a secure, internal web portal for your organization's video needs. In order to fully use it, you need to first upload videos.
To upload videos to CorporateTube:
- Click the [
Upload ] button in the navigation menu. - Click the blue [ Choose a video to upload ] button, or drag and drop the video file you want to upload.
- If you clicked the blue [ Choose a video to upload ] button, select the file you want to upload from the upload dialog and then click [Open].
- As the file starts to upload, you will see a progress bar and form fields for naming, selecting a channel, describing and adding keywords for your video. While the video is uploading, fill in the upload form fields (the fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory):

| Title | Required. The name of your video. |
| Channel | Required. The channel where your video will be located. |
| Keywords | Optional. Keywords are used to sort videos by related topic, and also when searching. |
| Description | Optional. A description for your video. You can use text formatting such as bolding and italics, as well as hyperlinks. |
Click [Publish] when upload is complete.
The "Upload complete" page will appear as confirmation, providing a link to view the newly uploaded video:
