A structuring of the data can be very helpful in the retrieval of video in a wide variety of uploaded videos. You can create channels for this purpose.
Channels, as well as their subchannels are arranged in the navigation in a tree structure. Depending on your user rights, channels can be accessed easily.
To create a new channel, follow these steps:
- If you want to create a sub channel, first select the desired channel, below which the new sub channel should be placed.
- Click on the "cogwheel" symbol > Create.
- Enter the desired channel name in the text box provided and then click on the [Create] button. The new channel is created and appears in the hierarchically structured channel tree.
- To change the name of a channel, select the relevant entry in the channel tree, then click on the "cogwheel" symbol > Rename.
- To delete a channel, select the relevant entry in the channel tree, then click on the "cogwheel" symbol > Delete.
